RAFL Motors LLC ("RAFL Motors," "we," "us") runs this website and the repair shop and used-car lot at 331 Larkfield Road, East Northport, NY 11731. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and message when you use a form on this site, call, text or WhatsApp us, or visit the shop.

Information collected automatically. Our website host, Squarespace, collects standard visitor data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookies, so the site works properly and we can see how many people visit.

How we use it

To answer your questions and give you prices; to schedule repairs, inspections and test drives; to contact you about your car or request by phone, text or email; to keep records of repairs and vehicle sales as the law requires; and to improve our website.

Text messages

If you text or WhatsApp us, we may reply to that number about your request. We only send text messages to a phone number entered in a website form if you check the box agreeing to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts from us. We will not send promotional texts or offers unless you agree to receive them first.

  • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The messaging program consists of general customer care messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers. Messages will be sent from (631) 440-9997.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at raflmotorsllc@gmail.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. How long we keep it

We keep repair, inspection and vehicle sale records for as long as we need them for the business, taxes and legal requirements. Messages and form submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for helping you.
